FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, controlling the function of Front Office Department. Directs and coordinates the activities of the front office and is responsible for the smooth operation which includes reservations, reception desk, mail and information and bell service.
Responsible of Planning, organizing, controlling the function of Housekeeping department, control cost organizes the work tasks. Co-ordination of the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department ensuring that all hotel rooms and public areas are maintain in a sanitary and hygienic condition.
